ZMA or FOOD?

Every article leaves me hanging at the end…

Every publication preaches the importance of NEVER EATING or taking CALCIUM with ZMA before bed…

But then you flip the page and there’s a whole article about eating slow digesting proteins before bed to avoid the catabolic state…

SO, what does everyone do to get the best of both worlds…Eat before bed and if you wake up take the ZMA?..

Please some suggestions…

This has been addressed a billion times both here and at t-mag, but here goes a billion and one: Take ZMA 20-40 minutes before you eat your last meal of the day.

And to round out the usual answers, there are many, including Bill Roberts, who think it’s fine to take ZMA with food, even calcium.

nutrients are normally found in food, so why would it be bad to take them with food? you could skip the calcium food to be on the safe side…just eat some eggs or something.

So, in 20 minutes the ZMA is fully absorbed and will not be affected by any slow digesting proteins?

Seems such an easy explanation so why doesn’t anyone write or put this as part of the directions for use?
