I would be surprised if there were more than a handful of people who have dreams more intense, vivid, and complicated than me. Sometimes they continue for weeks at a time, let up, and then the same dream/story will just keep going. It’s pretty crazy and I’ve never known anyone else who has this happen.
ZMA just intensifies it which is kind of cool. It also makes me wake up after like 7 hours and then fall back asleep, so I’m not sure if I should be taking it regularly.
I have similar dreams but it’s from taking an anti-anxiety/sleep med called Trazodone. I often have very vivid nightmares and sometimes recurring dreams. The positive is that I often have very vivid sex dreams =)

hah, I wasn’t gonna go into details, but yeah
Re: the trazo, funny that you say that. A couple nights ago I couldn’t sleep and my friend gave me one of her meds…I’m pretty sure that’s what it was. I had a pretty vivid sex dream, woke up, went back to sleep, and had a nightmare.
The nightmare involved a ton of random stuff. I was chased through a lot of it, flying/flapping away during some, and at the end was chased by the big black guy from the green mile. I escaped to a beach where I wandered around feeling depressed and upset, trying to figure out where an exgirlfriend (who I haven’t seen in 6 years) was, because “I just talked to her and she dissapeared…” I explained to former friends. Luckily for my dream self, I kind of wandered out of the nightmare and the dark beach area, and I did find Allison off in what I think was supposed to be Tihuana, which happened to be right next to the beach, and the nightmare kind of merged with another sex dream. Nice way to start the day lol. And this was a relatively normal dream by my average standards.
I was somewhat surprised I had that type of dream sequence since I hadn’t taken ZMA in a few days but didn’t think anything else of it. I guess it makes sense. Does that trazo stuff work long term, or is it bad for you? I have the worst insomnia and unchecked end up sleeping later every night.
