ZMA and Dreams

The vivid dreams: sorta cool. The vivid nightmares: not so much.

I don’t feel well rested when I wake up and mentally feel like I spent the night fighting zombies like I was Will Smith’s character in I Am Legend.
It might be unsettling sometimes, but I always find myself better rested when I take ZMA. Aren’t The REM cycles that we dream in where the most restful sleep occurs?

I would be surprised if there were more than a handful of people who have dreams more intense, vivid, and complicated than me. Sometimes they continue for weeks at a time, let up, and then the same dream/story will just keep going. It’s pretty crazy and I’ve never known anyone else who has this happen.

ZMA just intensifies it which is kind of cool. It also makes me wake up after like 7 hours and then fall back asleep, so I’m not sure if I should be taking it regularly.

Yea I’m pretty sure it is. There are like 3 or 4 stages of sleep and this is the deepest one.

I get them but they stop if I don’t cycle it. I normally go two weeks on, a week off otherwise the dreams go bye bye.

But yeah, this stuff is worth it for that alone.
I want a type of ZMA that let’s me get dreams that resemble your avatar. Now that’s a marketable supplement.

I not only have great dreams with ZMA, but I also find as a side note that I sleep more soundly and wake up more refreshed.
The colors are mind blowing!!

Amazing dreams alright.

One I had:

Me and Leonidas crossed some lake on a boat to an island which was in the middle, There was a huge castle on the island surrounded by cliffs.

We had to climb the cliffs and break into the castle, fighting our way through hordes of enemies.

Eventually we made it to the highest point in the castle and grabbed some statue thing. He then said to me “FUCKING JUMP!”.

So we jumped out the window and fell hundreds of feet into the ocean.

~

I had this dream like 4 months ago and it’s still clear as day. Fucking amazing.

Haha aye ZMA has given me some epic dreams - I might get some more soon actually thinking about it!

Anyone else had sex related dreams whilst on ZMA.

EPIC realism.

I have similar dreams but it’s from taking an anti-anxiety/sleep med called Trazodone. I often have very vivid nightmares and sometimes recurring dreams. The positive is that I often have very vivid sex dreams =)

YES!

Last night I got chased by some mean fucking zombies in an urban area with lots of construction zones, they were fast scary fuckers too.

Then after I had sex with loads of hot ass ladies hours before I was supposed to get married with my GF! (who I finished myself off with before the wedding), I didn’t actually have to suffer the wedding though which was good.

Yeah…

The last time I dreampt I was living in some sort of weird apartment complex with the apartments staggered and built into the side of a mountain, like steps. You could get up onto the roof of your apartment and I remember my grill was on the roof of mine.

Then I remember taking a path into a nearby field. There was kinda long grass there. Off to the right of the path, I could see there was some sort of lion or tiger waiting to attack anything that cross it’s path. I looked behind me and there was another lion or something blocking the way I came. Suddenly the grass was a lot longer - up to about my neck - so I could barely see if anything else was hiding the bushes but I got glimpses of a couple things. I started walking into the grass to my left to try and get away from the lions and get the hell out of there. I saw a giant wolf peeking it’s head out of the grass right before I bumped into it. Then I woke up.

hah, I wasn’t gonna go into details, but yeah

Re: the trazo, funny that you say that. A couple nights ago I couldn’t sleep and my friend gave me one of her meds…I’m pretty sure that’s what it was. I had a pretty vivid sex dream, woke up, went back to sleep, and had a nightmare.

The nightmare involved a ton of random stuff. I was chased through a lot of it, flying/flapping away during some, and at the end was chased by the big black guy from the green mile. I escaped to a beach where I wandered around feeling depressed and upset, trying to figure out where an exgirlfriend (who I haven’t seen in 6 years) was, because “I just talked to her and she dissapeared…” I explained to former friends. Luckily for my dream self, I kind of wandered out of the nightmare and the dark beach area, and I did find Allison off in what I think was supposed to be Tihuana, which happened to be right next to the beach, and the nightmare kind of merged with another sex dream. Nice way to start the day lol. And this was a relatively normal dream by my average standards.

I was somewhat surprised I had that type of dream sequence since I hadn’t taken ZMA in a few days but didn’t think anything else of it. I guess it makes sense. Does that trazo stuff work long term, or is it bad for you? I have the worst insomnia and unchecked end up sleeping later every night.
