With next week being start of Base Building, my muscles finally get the full break they need. My tendons will get a chance to get stronger, I needed this rest, and now I’ve earned it.

My knees already are hurting from squat, yeah I need this.
Probably a stupid question. Am I getting too much sleep? I Go to bed around 8:30, and wake up at 6:00. I also wake up frequently throughout the night. There’s a chance caffeine plays a role. I think it might help me sleep better. I had black tea before bed last night and only woke up once opposed to the 3-5 times.
No such thing. You grow in your sleep.
I slept much better when I was like 5-12 years old. When I was around 7, a car crashed into the porch of our house. I slept through it, didn’t find out until later the next day. Now I have multiple dreams every single night. How do I stop having so many dreams? I want to sleep and get rest. Not go into dreaming. The one night I had a triple dream.
I have a theory its the alarm clock. Whenever I wake up its like right on the hour. I think the electromagnetic field of the clock changes at a higher amplitude when it hits the hour than when it hits each minute. I stopped sleeping good ever since I used an alarm clock. Im going t not use an alarm clock this night.
used 9 keurig cups of sleepytime herbal tea (i think its got chamomile, in it) in 1 cup water, drank maybe 1/4 cup of it. If this dont let me sleep idk what will. When i wke up on Sunday il check in.
Well. It had no effect. At all. Woke up at night, had a few dreams. I unplugged my alarm too, I just dont get it.
You are 15. Your body is undergoing a LOT of biological processes. Hormones are pretty crucial to sleep. It’s going to be a wild ride for a few years.
I was thinking. I used to be a kid that played with sticks and stones. Now I use big 45 pound metal sticks and a variety of flat circular metal stones lol.
My diet is starting to be a problem
I eat a lot, to the point my parents told me that its getting hard to afford everything I eat. It wasn’t so bad before my lean bulk, likely because I was basically starving myself, trying to get below 1800 calories a day in an effort to lose fat (Some days I would only eat like 1200 calories). Then when I began my lean bulk, my caloric intake jumped up to 2600, which we could also afford reasonably well. But as I kept gaining muscle, I had to eat more an more. These days I eating around 3000 calories a day. Its getting hard to afford my eating.
This leads me to my point. What do I do??? I need really cheap, high nutrient high protein calorie dense foods. Something we can buy a lot of for very little money. We buy a lot of food, and within a week its nearly all gone (because of me).
Tomorrow Is the first day of training with Tactical Barbell. I’m hyped up. Strength Endurance. Hopefully my legs wont be too sore tomorrow, they are hurting from squat on Friday.
Man, I remember this. Can’t believe that was nearly 6 months ago now. So much has changed. I remember doing high volume work like this, that was fun. I went to failure on EVERY set. Knowing what I do now, Im kinda surprised I gained as much muscle as I did, since its apparently not great to go to failure.
Though, thinking about it, it might explain why my strength was trash.
