That’s what I meant; instead of deadlifting, I would do the 100 kettlebell swings.
Could you define more on “heavy carries and loads”? I have a broad idea, like having a trap bar with weight and carrying it for distance, but I’m not familiar with these sort of exercises.
I was thinking more like sandbags and stones

Ah.
I was about to say we have neither of those at the school weight room. But yes we do! We have a sandbag. So that’s something.
… what exactly do I do with it?
Try picking it up and carrying it and see how that feels

I wont have access to something like that over the summer, BUT I have two old sweatshirts I can probably sew into a shape that would work. Would you recommened this?
(Not even sure why Im asking im doing it anyway)
Dinner
1 chicken pot pie
1/2 cup rice
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup oats
----Total: 1000 Kcal, 50g protein
I ate a bit of food at church earlier, but I’m not sure how I would count it because Im not fully sure what was in some of it (I had a small piece of corn bread [more accurately cake, it was SO sweet]. and part of a hoagie)
Days total:
2419 Kcal, 160g protein
Pretty decent eating

Today I get to lift and test my max for squat. Im excited.
After I do my squats, I will test out the sand bag and see how that feels. Maybe after that Il hit bench.
The plan to make a sandbag out of sweatshirts isn’t going to work, its not the right material I don’t think. But,I took the sleeves off of the one and It can be like a workout shirt I guess? Also I tried looking it up and half ot the models arms literally look photoshop, so… ??? Also a lot of the are sleeveless hoodies. Like, No… not sleeveless hoodies. sleeveless sweatshirts. I don’t know if I will even wear it for strength today or not. Would be a good test run I suppose
