Lifting today. Il take it somewhat easy, but I think I can get maybe the pullup weighted max in, and possibly bench.

Before I forget, I had this weird dream about school, something with physics and math i forget, but one thing I remember was my old English teacher had this SUPER cute outfit on, and her hair was great. Her hair had some decent ized braids in it, but it wasn’t all braided, he had this beige/tweed sweater with braided looking cuffs, and I think… was it a wreath as a necklace? I forget, but there was a red part of her outfit. For context, it was christmas time in my dream.

Anyway, 14 minutes to Breakfast.

Since I will be getting conditioning work in already, can I skip the E-sessions during base building?

It’s going to depend on what the conditioning work is. You’re familiar enough with the program by now to see what does and does not fit.

Yeah, that makes sense.

The workouts are at about 5:45 in the morning over the summer, so Il wake up at 5:00, find something to eat, get ready and bike to the school.

Il DEFINITELY have to go to bed 8:00 8:30 in the evening. Oh well. Im not missing much.

Summer is going to be busy, and complicated. As I get more information il be able to structure it.
