Today Im pretty much resting. I need it.
I didn’t get in all of my protein like I wanted to yesterday. But when I was down to the final stretch, my stomach was hurting, so I played it nicely and just had a fruit smoothie for something light.

We need to work on helping the environment its WAY too messed up now. Our lives literally depend on it.

Diet was… well, okay. I splurged a little on a few Oreos (and some pretzel mom got), but still pretty healthy. I don’t feel like tracking, but, I should. Il do that.

I decided to wear the one necklace I got awhile back. Wow, it actually looks pretty good on me. Its a turtle with blue opal (apparently). Its sterling silver though, so that’s great.

Tomorrow I have strength, I might go for 50 Kcal bike (man I don’t want to do that. Coach did offer doing 40 yard sprint as an option though.)
I will probably go for Bench endurance, power clean, and maybe OHP max. Il go for the max first I guess. Il also work on overhead squat (which sucks)

I hate when people have to annotate my work for English and try to “correct” things that are already fine. They are not “strange periods”, they are ELLIPSES. GET IT RIGHT! WEVE LEARNED ABOUT THEM BEFORE. Some of the stuff I just outright erased because THEIR “corrections” are wrong! Only on the outright stupid stuff, on the “arguable” things (did I show theme well enough, etc) I didn’t do anything.

Today I have strength. Im excited to get some lifting done.

Im going to try to take some climate action today. I can fill up my water bottle with water from school instead of relying on plastic bottles. I’ve also started not using plates (when possible), and when I do need them, I try not to use single use ones. Decrease waste!

Also, I need to work on managing my stress I think.

I feel like a counter-culture could take hold if promoted. People who are sick of all the excessive materialism, degeneracy, and violence.

Everyone wants to get a job as a teen these days. I say no. I am purposefully NOT getting a job as a teen, because I refuse to conform. Youth don’t need jobs! They need to learn and socialize with each other. THE PUSH FOR YOUTH LABOR IS NOT GOOD! (there are places were it is good, but the excessive push that you “need” to get a job is awful)

It seems like few people actually care about the environment. I hate this! THE PLANET NEEDS TO BE CLEAN. WE LIVE HERE! IF WE DO NOT TRY TO FIX THE PLANET, WE WILL DIE.

Most people (at LEAST of my age group) scroll and use social media so much, along with using AI. Their minds are turning into mush! People complain about writing a literal sentence! THIS IS NOT RIGHT. YOU NEED TO USE YOUR BRAIN TO THINK FOR YOURSELF!

Narcissism has taken a HUGE stand in today’s society (I wrote an essay on it for English!). PEOPLE DON’T REALLY CARE HOW YOU LOOK OR DRESS! NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR LOOKS! LITERALLY NOBODY. If they do, THEY are weird! I myself can say I sometimes fall into this evil mindset.

People don’t care enough about anything! They just sit at home (to my knowledge), wasting their lives away and doing whatever they do. People need to CARE about things! There is no spirit of good pride in most! People are not proud to be an American, or a Student of ___ School, or anything, other than what can directly satisfy them. People need to start caring!

People need to start being nice with one another! Stop fighting! You don’t need to!

Its so warm today, its great but its too early for that.

For strength, I only did 2 tests. Didn’t have the energy, gotta work on my base. Base building will be great for me.

Bench Endurance: 135 x 20
Pullups: 9-10 in a row (depending how you count the last rep, if I had the energy I definitely would have gotten it)

I did some RDLs for my posterior chain (gotta strengthen it up), a few kettlebell swings as well, and did some DB overhead presses.

Oh, I tried for OHP max but my back didn’t like that too much (hence I decided to do some work on RDLs and Kettlebell swings)

Its nice out, I’m heading outside.

Today I don’t know what I will do. I might try to get some LISS cardio in after school, but I’m not sure. I need to get my stamina up.

I think my legs have started looking smaller lately. They don’t look as big as they did before. I don’t like that.

Yesterday I did a little bit of lifting after school (mostly hit back and a little shoulders. I didn’t do much conditioning because I didn’t want to get too sweaty I guess.

Today is a lifting day, Will try to get Incline bench max, and I guess OHP press max too. After that I’m going HAM on core. Its a very important body part, so I should train it more than I have. Won’t forget to do my tendon exercises either.

Im going through my old physique videos. Man I was SKINNY when I started. I remember thinking at the time I was “jacked” haha. Lean, sure, with a bit of muscle, but not jacked. Maybe I would consider myself now “jacked”, but even then Il probably look back and think I was small now. Im glad I’ve gained all this weight.

4 minutes until breakfast.

I got a few tests done.
Incline bench; 155 x 1
OHP; 95 x 3
Power Clean; 115 x 3
Overhead squat: 95 x 3
Tried to do 50 Kcal bike challenge… I couldn’t finish… Well, I didn’t anyway. I should have get going! I probably would have beaten my time! Ugh. Oh well. I got 36/50 Kcal in like 1:30-1:40 I think.

Im going to look at the stars tonight. I did a bit last night but had to go in early because school today.

I had my last physics test today (before the AP exam in May). Not too bad! I just need to make sure to do a BUNCH of practice problems and study.

That reminds me, Ive been on here for almost a year now. That’s crazy to me. I got on here June last year. I’ve changed so much. Just saying this again, thanks everyone who has helped me on my path to being better. Especially @T3hPwnisher , who has been instrumental into all of this.

Also, something that makes me giggle.

If it had any thoughts, it would just be static.

Slept outside last night in the hammock. That was pretty fun. Got a little damp from the dew in the middle of the night, but it wasn’t really that bad. It probably dried up by now, and its only 6:25.

Holy zoo! All the birds singing at once in the morning is amazing.

I woke up in the middle of the night and forgot I was outside. Then I opened my eyes and was like “Oh yeah! Im outside! Awesome!”… Then I couldn’t get back to sleep for a bit. But I did eventually.

Today’s going to be a great day.

I might try to learn hackey-sacking, or whatever the correct term is. I want to make it a trend, that would be cool.

I stayed outside a lot today.

I only ate when I was hungry today. So I ate a reasonable amount. Not a lot, not a little. I had an apple earlier, which was delicious.

I got to try brisket today. Very good, but I swear I could actually feel my arteries clogging. SO much fat.

I discovered that I am NOT a caffeine non-responder, as I thought I was. 1 tea bag in tea? No noticeable effect. 2 tea bags? OH BOY I felt that energy. That’s amazing honestly. Il keep this in mind if for some reason I have to stay up late/ I’m really tired!

Speaking of which, zzzz. Its very late.

This is pretty fascinating science to read up on.

Today, I will do as I do. I can do what I want pretty much.

Il will probably work on the doily I started yesterday. I also want to practice using our sewing machine. Mom wants to do it to, so we can practice together.

But I need to make sure to do dishes today. Not too many at the moment.

I finished a hackey sack yesterday.

Today I will mostly take as a rest day for tomorrow’s max testing. Probably doing the mile tomorrow. Oh well.

I was thinking about it, and I can push off the 50 Kcal bike to next week, as a conditioning workout, maybe? I got to do it eventually though.

I forget if I mentioned it before, but we finished AP Physics on Friday. So now its just studying. Were also wrapping up AP Euro, we are on unit 9.

I definitely want to get more athletic. Maybe I should join a sport next year? Im not sure if I feel like I can handle it at the moment, but maybe I can figure something out. What is a sport that generally doesn’t take up TOO much time, isn’t a heavy sport like football, and pairs well with programs such as TB (as in, doesn’t interfere with them too much). Here is the list of ALL the sports they have. Ideas? Also, not wrestling (I don’t want to do that. If I do a sport, I want to somewhat enjoy it, and I don’t think I would be able to tolerate wrestling)

So far the options I think are a maybe:
Soccer
Field Hockey (wait… wasn’t there something with this? That meant I can’t actually play or something?)
Lacrosse
Baseball (but Im not buying stuff like a bat. Not wasting money)
Tennis (but no transport so idk)
Volleyball (eh… maybe and maybe)
Maybe a track/field thing?

Bowling maybe, its not a real sport but it wouldn’t interfere with lifting atleast.

Maybe I should join a sport next year?

You don’t want the answer to be wrestling, but given mulitiple programs for “Fighter”…it works REALLY well.

Cross country would also pair VERY well. That’s basically the green protocol. Water polo is also an incredibly physical sport.

Track and field is fantastic, due to the variety of events included. There’s stuff for fast twitch and stuff for slow twitch. Shotputters are some of the strongest and most explosive athletes in the world.

Water polo I’m sure is great… but I can’t swim. And I wouldn’t imagine they would spend the time and energy to teach me to swim and stuff.

For awhile I’ve always had it in my mind the cross country is ONLY long distance running, but I don’t actually know if this is true. What is it? Is it just long distance running, as the name suggests?

I might do track and field. They have it winter and spring, so that takes up some good time.

Not finalizing it, but, I think I’m doing track and field next school year!

My understanding is that high school cross country athletes compete in the 5k (3.1 mile) race.

You could actually do both: cross country in the fall and track and field in the spring. Very common.

Oh, that’s not too bad then. I’ve done 3 miles before not too much of a problem.

My one friend does that, he’s pretty fit. I think I’ll do that then. Cross country in the fall, and then track and field winter/spring.

If I remember correctly, then there will be practices early in the morning during the summer. If this is the case, oh well. I can still wake up at normal time I think, and then bike to school for practice.
Since I will be getting conditioning work in already, can I skip the E-sessions during base building?
