I feel like a counter-culture could take hold if promoted. People who are sick of all the excessive materialism, degeneracy, and violence.
Everyone wants to get a job as a teen these days. I say no. I am purposefully NOT getting a job as a teen, because I refuse to conform. Youth don’t need jobs! They need to learn and socialize with each other. THE PUSH FOR YOUTH LABOR IS NOT GOOD! (there are places were it is good, but the excessive push that you “need” to get a job is awful)
It seems like few people actually care about the environment. I hate this! THE PLANET NEEDS TO BE CLEAN. WE LIVE HERE! IF WE DO NOT TRY TO FIX THE PLANET, WE WILL DIE.
Most people (at LEAST of my age group) scroll and use social media so much, along with using AI. Their minds are turning into mush! People complain about writing a literal sentence! THIS IS NOT RIGHT. YOU NEED TO USE YOUR BRAIN TO THINK FOR YOURSELF!
Narcissism has taken a HUGE stand in today’s society (I wrote an essay on it for English!). PEOPLE DON’T REALLY CARE HOW YOU LOOK OR DRESS! NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR LOOKS! LITERALLY NOBODY. If they do, THEY are weird! I myself can say I sometimes fall into this evil mindset.
People don’t care enough about anything! They just sit at home (to my knowledge), wasting their lives away and doing whatever they do. People need to CARE about things! There is no spirit of good pride in most! People are not proud to be an American, or a Student of ___ School, or anything, other than what can directly satisfy them. People need to start caring!
People need to start being nice with one another! Stop fighting! You don’t need to!

Its so warm today, its great but its too early for that.
For strength, I only did 2 tests. Didn’t have the energy, gotta work on my base. Base building will be great for me.
Bench Endurance: 135 x 20
Pullups: 9-10 in a row (depending how you count the last rep, if I had the energy I definitely would have gotten it)
I did some RDLs for my posterior chain (gotta strengthen it up), a few kettlebell swings as well, and did some DB overhead presses.
Oh, I tried for OHP max but my back didn’t like that too much (hence I decided to do some work on RDLs and Kettlebell swings)
Its nice out, I’m heading outside.
