I was reading the Trump 2025 thread, and I literally thought this was a real news article for a second… then I scrolled to the picture and was like… wait a minute… Oh… Its a mock with LOTR. It took like 10 seconds to figure it out.

I need to get everything onto paper. The digital systems are ALL gonna collapse. I need to get important information onto paper.

October 25th 2025 W9D6 Sick day

I got to help my brother with a concrete patch job. Stupid Spanish slums. I have nothing against Spanish people in general, I just hate how a (seemingly) large percent of them are stupid, ignorant, rude, and lazy. I know Spanish people who are really nice and respectable people, I know they exist, but I see many around here who are not so great. The food is great though so… I can’t complain.

Breakfast and Snack (around 8:00)
1 Jimmy Dean crossiant sausage egg cheese

Im not too concerned with getting my protein in because it is supposed to take up a lot of energy to digest, which will take energy away from fighting the sickness. So I’m not concerned with getting it. I should get a little more in today. Will have some milk with something.

I guess, yeah. Searching up the definition of it (since that word is just thrown around so much these days I don’t think some people know what is actually means, like me), yeah I guess your right.

I hate the actions of the people who do those things. I often think that I do love the person while also hating the sin, but I think a lot of the time I kid myself. I’ve found myself ironically becoming more prejudiced which I really don’t like??? I don’t understand, I do NOT think that race has an impact on action. But statistically, I feel like there is a correlation (or maybe, which is likely the case: The brain often remembers the negative aspects while placing the good parts in the backseat, which skews the perception of others) Why does (group of people) seem to act a certain way a large percentage of the time? I don’t want to think this way. I find it easy to blame others because of hearing what they say, in person and online, but I know it was my ears that have heard and accepted such things.

What do I do? I want to love people more. I love to have brotherly love.

I feel that, if you are willing to expand the scope of your view, you will find that it is humanity in general that is flawed, rather than certain specific groups of them. Certain people in certain circumstances will most likely behave in certain ways, and it may be the lens you end up viewing a specific group, but as you expand your worldview and get exposed to larger groups, the differences blur more.

Many great authors and thinkers have drawn the conclusion that we are a flawed species: it’s the solution to that which varies. Christianity rests on the principle of us being flawed, but of there being a manner of salvation. Others, like Nietzsche, believed in the coming of the overman. Camus saw our flaws resultant in us living in an absurd world, and charged us to bravely exist within it, etc.

Your right in that. I know plenty of white people, spanish people, black people, other people who are trashy. (though personally Ive never found anything wrong with asian people, though ive only met a limited amount of them too so it probably still applies)
And still, Ive met some wonderful people. I want to meet more wonderful people.

Why does it seem black people are more violent/ commit more crimes? Well, I think that has to do with when there was still slavery, and more recently the Jim Crow laws. That likely would have caused some people to need to do that in order to really survive, and then the mindset is just continually passed down generation after generation. Another thing that my dad said about it, ‘They think that it is okay to do it [commit crimes and whatnot] because there is already the stereotype’. Since the stereotype already exists, it would be more acceptable/easier for them to follow it. I personally don’t heavily agree with that, though I think perhaps it would contribute slightly.

And with Spanish people having trashy houses; Maybe its because the houses were already trashy, so they are cheaper, so the Spanish people moved in? I don’t know. It would make sense since we live in the “Rust Belt” of the US.

I do think I should read more books on philosophy (or just books in general). They are good to read. Of course I’m sure they are filled with bits of what would be heresy/lies against Christianity, but with the Lord I pray I will see them and reject them as they come along.

I think I’m over the real part of my sickness. I can’t stand being in bed so I’m rested up enough.

I did some work earlier, I was taking some leaves into the dirt in the garden i want to make across the creek. I have some food scraps I’m going to put over there now.

Im at the last “hump” (3 week period of going from lighter, medium, to heavy) of tactical barbell. Then Il have completed 2 full blocks (12 weeks) of Tactical barbell. That’s an accomplishment. Id better read a bit more on Mass protocol. I don’t have my workout written out to do yet.

Its interesting to think I started this all in June 29. That’s nearly 4 months ago now. Crazy.

I have a new plan. Wednesdays/Thursdays and Saturdays when I do my conditioning Im going to start focusing on getting my time down on the 50 Kcal bike challenge. My best time was 2:52 and I want to break 2:40. Id better start working at it. I have… 3 ish more workouts to prepare for testing. Yikes that’s not a ton. Oh well. Better late than never.

For Mass protocol, I remember (if I recall correctly) that cardio is going to take a back seat, and it will just be light stuff, right? Or do I forget that I should add in some High intensity stuff? I think I do recall reading something like that actually. I’ll read the book again.

So for Mass Template (MT), on week 3 for deadlift, is it REALLY just 1 set of 3 reps for deadlift? Thats it?

Also, on week three, there’s only 2 days I do the non-deadlifting workouts… That’s going to be a bit tough occasionally because if its on a week I have Mon/Wed/Fri strength class, I wont be doing anything for the class, which I can’t do. Suggestions? Im assuming I can’t change it up and add a lift session in there following the pattern of the other days. I suppose I could do Greyman or Gladiator, but I would like to just do Mass template as planned.

I suppose so, but it really is hilarious to me. Though I suppose with warmup sets it wouldn’t be too short. I was think “walk into gym, pick up bar 3 times, workout finished”

Gladiator seems very good to my eyes. I like how it looks. It would be adjustable to my schedule too. Very convienient

I was thinking. So, Low reps (1-5) are for myofibrillar hypertrophy, with strength. Medium reps (6- maybe around 12) are more for sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, which is size and also an increased ability to do heavy weights for higher reps. Anything high is for just endurance. Could this fit in to some sort of cycle?
Strength-Mass-Endurance (a sort of example- get strong enough to do 225 for 5 reps on some exercise, mass would be to get up to 225 x 10 reps on that exercise, and then endurance to get to 225 x lets say 20)
Is this an efficient/usable routine? I wouldn’t use it (not yet anyways), but it seems like it could be very advantageous for a person.

Rep ranges aren’t an exact science. 20 rep squats have put lots of muscle on lots of people, and I wouldn’t do rear delt raises for sets of 3, as an example.

But to get in more high rep work, why not just to Mass Protocol Base Building? Or more General Conditioning?

October 28th 2025 W10D2 Cardio day

My workout today was less. For about 10 minutes I was just looking at the beautiful stars. I saw casseopea, Orion, Ursa Major, pleiades. and maybe something else that looked to me like a trident. Its cold at quarter to 6 in the morning..

A few lunges but knees were hurting.
Would have done pushups on the ground but it was freezing, I didn’t want to freeze my hands.

Today was good. Im finally fixating on the essay I’m writing; American Society is going to collapse any day now; prepare.

For my science project, I prepared the solution that I need for the Agar plates. On Thursday we will make the adding the agrose to the liquid and pour it, and maybe we will be able to transplant the moss onto it. Would be very good if we could. Its not great to have to wait a week before using the Agar plates because of the likelihood of bacteria contamination.

I will look at my moss and try to identify the species. I was allowed to bring a slide home of it, so I’m happy il be able to use it. It isn’t the P. Patens as I thought it was, it doesn’t match. And it isn’t F. Hygrometrica either. No sporangia are grown in any of the specimens.

No I wont. Only goes up to 10.5x magnification. Useless for what I want. I can use my little hand lens tomorrow

October 29 2025 W10D3 Strength (and cardio bike challenge later)

I will probably do the 50 kcal bike challenge today. I want to break my PR of 2:52, even if just by a few seconds.

Excited to be able to lift today.

Need to work on my essay today. Good thing there’s not going to be any math homework since there’s a math test today.

I need to find time to review. Maybe just Saturdays for a little bit. Il use that time and start typing up all my notes I take so they are easy to read.

I plan on eating ground beef, eggs, milk, and some other whole food for breakfast today. I want to eat more 1 ingredient foods.
