Been training total body for awhile and now im ready for some intense volume with split training.

here’s the projected plan for the first month

monday - LEGS

tuesday - UPPER BODY (Chest in the morning/Back in the evening)

wednesday - LEGS

Thursday - rest

Friday - UPPER BODY

SAT/SUN - optional (rest or arms)
