Resuscitating a 6 month old thread but I’m not super concerned about zero or even low cal options.
If a 0-15 calorie serving of anything is preventing me from maintaining or losing weight I probably just need to make a conscious effort to blink more.
My broader concern would be potential carcinogenic activity of artificial ingredients but in today’s world I feel like being super careful to avoid carcinogens in a sauce is a drop in the cancer avoidant bucket.
Nutrient density is an issue with processed foods but assuming you’re hitting macro parameters with weight training friendly foods this is likely a non-issue.
Just be careful not to over analyze and lose the forest through the trees. If you’re having a hard time losing weight it’s not the 0 calorie sauces.
