Shoulder feels fine with close grip bench, pumpkin. Thanks for asking. Did more warming up then usual last night. Gonna be low 90s here today. Hoping it lasts through the long weekend. I may have to come off the wagon and drink a few over the holiday.

Looking as strong as ever, Bro. Seems like the shoulder is coming along, that’s always a good thing. Your weight on the other hand, better start eating Dude. The warm up has really been helping. Knees, shoulder feel good. The OHS flexibility is coming along as well.

Since I’ve dropped 10+ lbs my wife says my snoring is much less and I wake up less at night. Ten more pounds and I’ll be happy. But while I’m doing that I’m working on improving flexibility and shoulder health. The OHS I think is starting to loosen some stuff up. I still suck at them but they are improving. Soon I’ll be back in the powerlifting race.

Good work on the weight loss Eco. From your numbers, it doesnt look like you left the powerlifting race…

Eco the OHS is good for posture- more than shoulder rehab- after the higher rep sets-
I do get some pain but the scap posture stuff gets better with them.
