Have you hit a 225 bench yet ?

Cool log zephead.

All training sessions are being bumped back a day this this week. GOt to hang out with all the guys at once for the first time this summer last night.

cool, I expect to hit 425 in a few weeks ala coan deadlift cycle. Train hard man, you’ll hit it.

hah, don’t stress it. I’m probably fatter then you even though I weigh less. Which is wierd. I’ve seen people weaker then me, with aboutt he same height and weight and they are much leaner then me. It’s wierd. Do you have a log?

Hey bro, I noticed you are doing floor bench press. How are you A) getting under the bar on the ground and B) dumping/releasing the weight when you are done with the set? Is someone handing you the bar at the start/end of the set? Just curious.

 Our squat racks let you take the hooks out and move them, I bring them to the second lowest position. When I dump I suck in my stomache and dump forward. I haven't had a partner in a few weeks due to scheduele problems with the usual guys(they can only lift in the morning becuase they live a bit out of town and rents only make 1 trip).


We're looking. I get 3100 from insurance and 500 from hers if she has it. My parents are also saying they might throw in 500-1000 if we find a really nice car. Most of that money  was already there because my old car was supposed to have a bunch of stuff checked, brakes tweaked or something. The car I want is kinda ghey looking but I like driving sedans. 

Little rumbly cars that bounce every time they hit a pebble aren’t very fun to drive. I’m glad as hell I don’t have to pay for it because I only get to keep half my paychecks to begin with.

My triceps are lagging. All of my presses are hard to lock out. I’m also going to have arest day between Coan DL and bench day because my CNS is fried. My shoulders were also sore which is kinda wierd.

uhm, It might be in the mornings, I’ll check tomarow if I remember, you need orientation to use it however.
