I fucked up on my set, so I did another. I’m going to do the ramp sets next cycle. I think the way I warm up is making me lift shittier

225x8 Felt like my stomache/abs where going to explode so I stopped after one set
I’m 25-30 pounds lighter, and my maxes haven’t really gone down by anything more then 10-15 pounds. I’ve cut down to 3 workouts a week. I’m really looking forward to my meets being over with so I can add in RP work, and add huge amounts of weight to my frame and lifts, and the added food should let me workout 4 days a week again.

Good to hear. Sleep Apnea still bothering you, or has it improved with the weight-loss?

I think so. But not to an extreme extent. Although I have other things keeping me up at night these days. Senior year has been really rough. I’m so ready to be able to bulk again. I’m going to do a solid mass type routine right after the season, and hopefully hit 220 as lean as possible. Then transition to more general strongman type training. Not super specific training but getting some stones, farmers handles, and working a LOT on my overhead press.
