Z-12 Withdrawal?

I have a question. Anyone got addicted to this thing? After stop using it, I had insomnia for a straight week and I noticed that my resting heart rate increased from around low 50s to around 70-80 per range. I read some stuff on phenibut and despite what TC and other mods market here, everything I read said that it’s addictive, you build tolerance to it, and there are horrible withdrawal symptoms. Well, I’ve gone through the withdrawal symptom and according to most people, it lasts only a week. well, it’s been well over a month and I still have the faster resting heart rate that prevents me from going to sleep.

I have heart palpitations from time to time too. I went to the doctor and he gave me rozerem which does get me to sleep for only about 6 hours per night. I highly recommend that people stay away from this product. I was happy with Biotest products up until now. This product is marketed wrong. It should have a label warning that says that it’s addictive and will screw you up.

you remind me of kramer when he’s warning people about kenny roaster’s chicken

I’m so not addicted to Z-12. I can quit whenever I want! I just need one more bottle and I’ll be set. What? The store is out?

If a prescription sleep aid only has you sleeping six hours a night, I suspect you have an underlying issue completely unrelated to Z-12.

No offense, but it’s posts like yours that cause unnecessary black marks on the supplement industry.

I’ve used Z-12 for four weeks straight, and I’m on my second week of dropping it cold turkey. I don’t feel a thing in the way of withdrawal symptoms.

The Z-12 warning label reads (the italics are my own):

Are you certain that you don’t meet any of those contraindications?
