My 54-year old mom is having problems sleeping due to menopause and I was wondering if there were any concerns (age related) with me recommending Z-12? Thank you for your time.
Unless she’s on any heart/diabetes/depression meds all should be good. If she’s taking any other sleep aid/meds check into that as well.
Other than what Jehova said, nope, just check the label and make sure she doesn’t fall into the warning criteria.

Z-12 might help, but when you are dealing with menopausal women it’s a bit of a crap shoot. If she isn’t already, have her look into progesterone cream. That tends to be a miracle fix for menopausal women. Also have her read up on her condition as most GPs tend to be especially retarded when it comes to this type of issue. It’s an unfortunate thing that a lot of women needlessly suffer though menopause when their symptoms can be improved rather easily.
Jehova’s witness, Corstijeir and Ketosis thank you very much! She’s on no meds and passes the warning label so it seems like its good to go. I’ll also do a lot more research and check out the progesterone cream… very good advise I really appreciate it and i’m sure my mom does as well
