At any rate, the fact that anyone is trying to sue anyone over this is absurd. If the kid really did suffer any injuries, or even felt the slightest amount of pain, he should get a award for being the world’s biggest fairy.

You can see that he’s trying to jerk Tigger’s costume headpiece back. Open the video:
At the very start of 0:05 and the slow replay @ 0:10. See his black-gloved hand grabbing the bottom of the headpiece? The kid has a shit eating grin on his face while he’s doing it and continues to laugh as the Tigger guy tries to get his arm off him. You can see that he doesn’t release the head right away when the guy turns to bat him off. He couldn’t do so, because he was jerking the headpiece back.
I also like the fact that he’s dressed like a punk ass bitch in the tigger punch video, and then he’s wearing the nice Gap kid outfit his parents made him wear in the “Wo is me” interview with the press.
He hit him with an open hand pimp slap. He shoulda came back with the right just because that kid was wearing some type of weird glove and looks like a shit disturber. I second him getting beat next halloween by many a disney character. Open hand, of course.
You can tell by the dad’s voice tone when he calls his son’s name that he is telling the son to stop, and not trying to protect his son.

The kid who got hit looks like a little punk. A friend of mine used to work at chuck e. cheese and she was the mascot. She told me all sorts of stories of what kids would do to her including punching, kicking, pinching, etc.
The parents would even notice what the kids were doing and wouldn’t even do anything, instead, they would take pictures of how little junior was hitting the giant rat! You also have to understand that working inside a sweaty and smelly costumes sucks. I know its part of the job, but no one should be putting up bullshit like this.
