But did anyone see the Video of Tigger supposedly “hitting” some kid, and causing all kinds of injury and distress?
WTF!??
Someone PLEASE tell me there was more to this than someone wanting to bilk Disney out of some dough? If not, I hope it makes it to the “Stella” Awards list.

I’ve seen it. It’s all over the local news. I agreed from the moment I saw it - the kid obviously was doing something to the back of “Tigger’s” head and the guy just reacted like anyone would. I can’t even say that the kid was hit.
Odd that I’d choose this to be my first post in a year…

I saw the video. The kid is reaching behind Tigger and it looks like he is yanking on something.
From the look on his face he knows he is doing something he shouldn’t be doing.
The person in the Tigger costume claimed they couldn’t breathe because the kid was pulling the costume.
People are assholes.
The kid has probably got wacked a HELLUVA’ lot harder by his dad the way he was acting in the interview when they posed questions to him.
They see dollars…

It is ridiculous that they are suing Disney for that. They had their lawyer on the news with them, and the kid went to the hospital for that garbage. Do people just have zero morals now a days?

I gladly volunteer to put a bullet in his head for this nonsense. In fact I’d like to be contracted to eliminate all money hyenas like this douche’s family. I have no problem with that. Harsh, yes. But there needs to be a stern concequence for people looking to gain money under false pretenses. I hope they go broke fighting this.

The kid was still smiling after he got “hit”. The bad thing is, even if this kid doesn’t win a law suit, it makes it seem ok for more and more people to attempt to get rich like this.
A 14 year old kid should be embarrassed for getting his picture taken with Tigger in the first place. I hope he gets his head flushed in a toilet now that it is world news.
I like how the slow motion makes Tigger look increasingly evil each time you see it. They should add in the serial killer music to the clip, then do the slow zoom-in on pictures of Tigger to further this effect.

Wrong…he “suckapunched him” :P. It’s insane how sue-happy the world is today, or at least in America. Come on, the kid’s neck didn’t even appear to jerk uncomfortably in any direction when Tigger barely BRUSHED him away, most likely from doing something that he wasn’t supposed to do (notice Tigger’s other arm pulling the kid’s arm away from the back of his neck in the footage). I wake up with neck pain sometimes and I’m sure as hell everyone else has an uncomfortable sleep every once in a while. The father’s justification for Tigger being unfriendly was pretty weak, too. I’m putting my money on Tigger, that little bastsard’s gonna get shit on for the rest of his life for claiming that he got tossed around by Tigger. The whole ordeal is just plain ridickerous.
