This is kinda freaky. I’ve got a decent memory but even I can’t remember pounds and reps. lol[/quote]

yeah like i have a log here but i dont check back on the weights i used previously, i attribute this mostly to focusing on getting stronger on every movement and sticking to more or less the same moves for eah muscle

I have a program for my iphone called “flex”. You can enter you own workout routines, add your own types of custom exercises. It records body stats and produces a graph for superior input as to how your training and eating is going. Also it allows to put comments during the workout for every set so you can write things downo like “add 2.5lbs next time” or, “keep weight the same”. It is all around great! I’m sure there are other programs. No need to reinvent the wheel when so many other programs have already been created.

I tried some of the Android apps to keep the log in my cel, but nothing I felt comfortable using.

Usually just add sticky notes on my phones main screen for the day’s workout and if I need to note something I use a drafted text message. Then I put everything on my excel sheets. I also use the timer on my cel to time my rest periods.

I only write down PRs
