Approximately $10,000 per machine, plus another $2,000 to get them into the USA and delivered to you.
A little bit of sticker shock there.
Hi RT,
On the swedish website they seem to be offering some kind of agreement, franchising, or “hiring” the equipment at a reasonble fee. Maybe there is room for negotiation - as they are eager to get their products out on the market? Just a thought.
It would be a difficult sell for me to get the gym to go 50%.
I was hoping around the X-force machine cost in the $5K neighborhood.
You may ask them some questions?
At ANY point, it’s about doing I/we enjoy! (assuming that part of what you enjoy is ‘A Challenging Workout’)
During this break I’m going to be trying some stuff I’ve never tried like stage reps? Also I saw a video recently where Sergio was doing short middle range reps where he’d do 3 or 4 reps , pause a second or two and do several more a couple times so I want to try that for kicks!

Stage reps/Jreps/Zone training? I’m currently into that, which is a shocker after a long period of Darden HIT. Experiencing the greatest DOMS since the 90ties! Does it work? Time will tell. A plateaubreaker it seems.
They can be very interesting (and fun) to do.
I’ve made a few inquires over the years. Zero response… I don’t think they’re very interested in building their brand in the U.S. At least that’s what I’ve been told…
There are 4 facilities in the USA that has xforce…gainesville, philly and 2 in tampa
I just need about 300,000 to get started? Let me check my lottery tickets
Dr Darden , when I finished up 3 months of 30 10 30 I decided to try a home version of X Force. I did my usual exercises but added 40% more weight and had my son just slightly help me up with the reps and then let go and I’d go down with it for the set .it was quite a bit harder than 30 10 30 but later on I felt it no more than 30 10 30 . I would say this is a pretty good recommendation for 30 10 30. Maybe you’ve said before but I can’t remember ,how much more effective did you say X Force is compared to 30 10 30? Seems pretty close?
Thanks
Scott
Yes, I believe X-Force and 30-10-30 are pretty close. But I’d give a slight advantage to X-Force.
After doing xforce and 30-10-30…i have to agree you get a deeper in road with xforce
Considering the enormous cost and complexity of XForce which is the pinnacle of machines that can dig the deepest inroad ever it’s quite amazing that 30 10 30 comes so close!!
Scott
What is the minimum weight increase on these or does it vary from machine to machine?
