Trying a Waterbury routine isn’t a bad idea. Big Boy Basics or ABBH would be two good programs to start with…

Take a look at the concepts utilized, e.g. splits based on movement planes or upper/lower body, cycling of sets/reps, frequency, etc. The next step is to gain experience in the gym and see how your body reacts to the specific parameters. After some time, you will be able to successfully devise your own programs based on what you have learned.

Well I must say thanks to brushga and Michael. They were very helpful. While the rest of you gave me your insight in a very harsh way. I wasn’t trying to tell everyone they were wrong about the advice they were giving me, I was simply saying I didn’t want to work out my legs because I am happy with them the way they are. It’s my upper body I’m not happy with and it has NOTHING do do with pleasing the ladies. It’s about pleasing myself.
