Your The Perfect Training Partner?

Someone who…

  1. Squats
  2. Deadlifts
  3. Is Competitive
  4. Shows Up
  5. Is Equally obsessed with kinesthiology, victory, getting jacked, and getting strong
  6. Is Noisy

not a bad partner. plus he can heal all your training injuries lol

I haven’t had a training partner in 3 years. I really wish I could find someone with similar goals, work ethic, and mentality of its time to change.

someone who fires me up, but not because they make me mad… but because the intensity and determination get me pumped up. i think someone stronger then you always pushed you to excel, and it especailly helps if they are having the same goals, so that everything works in unison…

a clone of myself

Great tits

I’d choose someone who’s my level so that we can use the same weights ,same exercises this will save a lot of time

Someone who reads T-Nation, is bigger, but equal strength to me. The guys that are very motivating are always nice. If he picked me up in a nice car every workout, that would be cool too haha. He would also always bring me peri-workout nutrition in case I “forgot” mine. He would also be friends with all the hot girls at the gym, and would introduce me to them.

Never had a good training partner, but I would imagine somebody who is exactly the opposite of everybody who goes to my gym. In other words. Actually works out and doesn’t walk around talking to people, wasting not only his or her own time, but my time as well by taking up valuable equipment that could be used by somebody like myself who actually wants to make some progress. THAT is sad. Feel bad for u bro.
