Fish oil
D3
Just whey protein for me. I’m on a tight budget and it’s pretty much all I can afford at this time. I believe as long as you’re training hard and it’s effective. All you need is a solid diet with ample calories for whatever goal(s) you are trying to achieve.
1,3-Dimethylamylamine
L-norvaline
Gymnema Sylvestre
Lagerstroemia Speciosa
A few supps I just began using for shits and giggles. 1,3-Dimethylamylamine, is an awesome stimulant, L-norvaline has been giving me much greater pumps, Gymnema Sylvestre and Lagerstroemia Speciosa naturally increase insulin sensetivity. Not really staples, but a few tings I am using.
I’m pretty addicted to the Anaconda protocol at the moment. Other than that, good ole protein powder, fish oil and caffeine pillz.
Whey protein - almost no way I could get enough protein without it, finding a high quality, easily digestable whey protein changed my lifting life
Creatine monohydrate - I am definitely one of the “notice the effects” people. Love it. LOVE IT. And so cheap it’s practically free.
D3 - If I don’t get enough sunlight ( a lot of sunlight) I get moody, cranky, tired and achy. I just started 1000iu D3 a few weeks ago and so far so good (granted the weather has been nice and I’ve been outdoors in shorts and a t-shirt more than once this fall).
BCAA caps - Especially if cutting I feel like a handful of these spread through out the day is probably a good idea
B vitamin multi - this and a regular sized cup of coffee or tea in the morning and I am ready to GO. Waking up was pain until I got turned onto B’s for energy.
Cannabis Sativa - there is still no better way to find a restful state at the end of a stressful day
That’s pretty much it…I’m taking 100mg zinc in the mornings also, but I’m not sure if I’d miss it if I stopped.
