I’d like to hear from anyone crazy enough to do that shit too.
Gonna start it as soon as season’s over… though going from the responses so far on the original thread, I’m getting a little scared. I’ve never ever encountered anything quite as difficult as Fat to Fire, so I’m waiting to see what people say about this suicidal routine.
I used the program for just about 4 weeks. Lost about 10 lbs of fat with no major diet changes. I stopped to go with heavier weights for a while. I will use it again, or at least certain days, in the near future.
Did anyone get stronger, faster and more powerful doing it whilst losing weight?
Anyone else try this out??
