Your Overhead Press Strength After Krypteia?

I am curious about everyone’s experience with OHP after they have run completely through krypteia. How did it feel when you put back into your program? I understand that this template is a small time in a lifetime of training, so it really isn’t a big deal. Just curious about people’s experiences.

I did not notice anything other than an overall increase in strength (including OHP) after doing the program. You are essentially doing three days with pressing: BP 531, and assistance the other two days of incline DB bench press.

Do not overthink this and try to add it in. Also, for the first 6 weeks you’re doing OHP anyway.
