I hear people saying that you shouldnt mix high volume and frequency together.
so what rep ranges would u consider to be high or low or moderate?
for example
lets say on monday you use 5x5 bench press,
this would equal 25 reps in total volume for the chest.
so what total volume would be considered high, moderate, low?

Nice excerpt jstreet. you cant find volume without knowing the weight being used. what volume is best? that depends on you.
