Best Damn Plan 1&2: Programming for 4 Workouts Per Week?

Hello Christian! I am new to this forum! Great place to be!
I have got both Plan 1&2 and they look awesome. The problem is that I can train with weights only 4 times per week. How can I modify the program to fit my schedule?

I’m not gonna lie, the programs work a lot better when done 6 days a week. If you can only train 4 days a week. normally recommend just rolling through the workouts in order, it will just take you a bit longer to complete it.
