Your Hardest Workout Ever?

The workout in the Arnold Encyclopedia that supersets front squats with 1-10 leg curls. Rolled around on the floor like a baby for 10 minutes. The pain wouldn’t go away. Recently added the St Pierre circuit at the end of some of my workouts. 20 bw squats,20 jump squats, 20 lunges, 20 jump lunges 6 burpees. A lot worse than I thought.:frowning:
