Just one is hard so I’ll go two.
- Training Day
- Collateral
Godfather trilogy, Old Boy, Pulp Fiction, Memento, Apocalypto, Apocalypse Now
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
And this strange, foreign religious movie whose name I do not recall and which I saw in Mrs Peltier’s class at Nashua Catholic Junior High School while in the 7th grade. It was in Italian (i think) with subtitles in mangled English. It was 20 minutes long. It was an allegory about the life and death of Christ. I saw it once over 35 years ago and I remember almost every scene to this day.
GLADIATOR.
Lord of the Rings, the whole damn trilogy (it is one story after all)
I really liked 50 first dates. And the Twilight New Moon was awesome!!

I would’ve liked Donnie Darko except that both the Gylenhalls were in it … that’s like a vortex of suck right there … The level of awesomeness that was the Dark Knight was almost off-set to me by the level of suck of Maggie Gylenhall; I wouldn’t have watched it if the previous one wasn’t so damn awesome.
I think they should make another movie together (the Gylenhalls) and, while on-set, a horrific accident maims and disfigures them both (only them … kind of like a concentrated fire that engulfs only them) … I think I would sleep a little better at night if that happened
I started hating them around the time Jarhead came out. I remember Maggie spouting off about shit she has no business talking to the media about; you know just being a pretentious hollywood B-lister with her ugly half-Down Syndrome face. I actually feel bad associating her with Downs Syndrome; I think people with Downs are some of the kindest people out there and Maggie’s just a horrificly ugly bitch.
I really don’t have much against Jake except that he shares genes with Maggie and he hasn’t smothered her with a pillow yet. In my book that makes him an accomplice to her shittiness. Plus I think he’s a shit actor. Although I laughed at bubble boy. Until I saw it again. Then I realized it sucked.
Sorry for the rant, I just hate those fuckers. Particularly Maggie, but I’m not giving Jake a pass…[/quote]
Donnie Darko it is.
