Your Favorite Breakdowns for Lifting?

Personal fave, sorry about being on PWD’s nuts so bad Im just really into them atm. Really good breakdown at the end.

Tool-The Grudge is my PR breaking song, particularly at 6:50 to around 7:30…It’s like they’re trying to break themselves apart with the music.

F**k it, more parkway drive…

This should make your intestines come out of your ass during a workout.

Kinda soft except until 2:49, the growl is pretty cool.

3:08 only lasts like 20 sec

starts at ten seconds… just the whole damn thing…

Whaaaat the fuck is going on in this thread? Lemme save it, please…

But seriously, these are the closest things I can offer towards “brotastic” breakdowns:

- YouTube (Listen to the whole thing, you won’t regret it bro bros.)

- YouTube (after 1:30, it’s worth it.)

Everytime I hear this song I start punching myself in the fucking dick as hard as I can until the song’s over. That or I scream insults at my dick for 10-20 minutes straight.

Yea I’m a big fan of ATR, and this one is good too.

Efuchs7, forgot about Zao, nice one (even though they have like 14 cds, this one is the only one still on playlistssss).

SSC, I love the pig squeals, just can’t do straight thrash/blast beats, need some variation. I know about ASP, but thanks for Different Breed of Killer and their machine gun-esque DB at the end, just what the Dr. Acula ordered…

Contribution: No Innocent Victim, All Out War, Converge, Coalesce, Through the Eyes of the Dead, Sugar Ray (ha, psyche), Misery Signals (played a show with them once!).

About a minute in it gets pretty good.

Whole song is good for lifting but 2:25 is sick.

Love this whole song when lifting:

If you like fear factory then you have to admit this is an immense song, got me through a few gruelling sessions.

Damn straight dude, got that on my ipod mix as well for gym! Edgecrusher for some reason always gets me amped too… But fuck I dropped a dumbbell on my ipod recently while doing floor presses… gotta get it repaired asap! Cuz right now all I got motivating me is shitty gym club songs haha!

This song is just one, long, epic breakdown.
