Your BBing Demons?

Probably training a little bit more than i can recover from properly.

Not really tracking calories or any of that stuff.

Not recording anything from my training sessions.

Prefer training explosively and lifting heavy for low reps, over doing high reps, makes you faster but doesnt help you get swole quite as much.

Will occasionally have trouble sleeping.

Always had extremely high mental fortitude discipline and dedication, I had a lot of Frustrations with weight loss while trying to gain because I had a pretty severe anxiety disorder but slowly recovered… It really made it hard to eat and sleep well with the constant adrenaline running through… Never stopped working out or made any changes ie avoidance cycles because of it just kind of hard to get the same quality training when it’s there… Other then that usually just injuries and getting sick too much… For a bit of time it was mainly happening through overtraining, more of a martial artist but I always get caried away and don’t treat the weightlifting as a “supplement” in fact I have been running HPMASS, I Body builder, the INDIGO program and 5/3/1+ body building for the least three to four years… And adding In a full anaconda protocol when I could afford too…
