It takes a while to see changes as they happen gradually. You will see progress on your lifts though. Take a picture for yourself and compare yourself to it in about 1 month or 2. You will see a difference then.
If you want some cheap healthy calories, try oatmeal and sweet potatoes.
Hello again guys.
RE: pm’s about training, yes I still am! I’m going on holiday in a week or so and if I’m not feeling completely girly I will post some pictures so you can see my progress.
Honestly though it feels very good to suddenly have a lot of strength that i’ve never had before (I can now do full sets press-ups which is something I have never been able to do before.) Plus I now have a huge appetite and it feels so good to be able to eat and not worry.
Every week I’m upping my weights even though I know by your standards they are still low.
Only problem is I am finding it very hard to stick to a diet. I have approximately 50p to spend on food this weekend in addition to a few tins of tuna and a bag of wholemeal pasta.
Uni’s finishing in a few months so will continue lifting until then then combine it with a kickass diet.
