
I put the filets on a little later so they’re still basically cold in the center…squash and onions in the foil with the same rub we put on the steaks.

Guacamole…it was mexican night…

Cornbread…actually left over from earlier in the week…I’m a real home economist…

T-bones are on the left, rib-eye down the center and the filet on the right.

Sen the third, his girlfriend and Sen the fourth made oatmeal, craisin white chocolate cookies for desert.

I would post that video as well. Nothing cheap about that set, quick clean and press and every rep down to the chest without any leaning back. Nice work.

Thanks! I find posting videos to be really inspirational. So friggin’ gloomy in the garage sometimes…beats the daylights out of a commercial gym, but cardio bunnies sure can inspire a man to keep good form and crank out the reps sometimes!

Chicken and sausage in gravy…some italian preparation with a hefty amount of vinegar…kept the onions and peppers separately so Sen the third and fourth would eat up.

Got a nasty back ache after my second set of pullups. Cancelled the pullups and took it easy on my last bench set. Think I was sore from the day before’s deadlifts. Anyone else have back issues when benching?
