Ok but should the youths really be drinking, at least not right after a soccer game.
My groin started letting me know it’s there too, not sure if I should be worried about it or not.

I’m sure we’d all be happy to take a look at it for you…

Sensay- don’t worry so much buddy we hardly even realized you where gone. LOL. Nice bench, that was way short of a full on attempt. I think if you had good 1RM form on all those you would have got 8 maybe 9 . I think if you slow down a little you would probably get to double digits. I picked up on that from watching PeteS bench video, speed on the down stroke is counter productive with heavy sets. Enjoy the season see when we see you.

That’s interesting to hear…I thought I was stronger when I wasn’t trying to get the bar to my chest as fast as possible, but had been trying to WHOOMP it down as quickly as possible and get it to static based on maybe mis-understanding.
Thanks Dude!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day ya old bastids!
Strong work all the way around. Your main lifts look like they are all moving north nicely.
Um, my calendar says Monday is St Patty’s day. Everyone knows today is PI day - 3/14.
Oh, and good lifting.
Nice work. The OHP set was strong, particularly so given you started it from the floor. Pulling 355 10 times would qualify as cardio for me and it would take me 5 minutes to catch my breathe after.
Yes happy St PaDDy’s
day
…and congrats on the 6 nations win, if you like looking at burly men in shorts grappling each other. The entire island must be manic
Anyone else get blood in their urine after heavy squats?
