I find this disturbing.

Hopefully you didn’t die. Cause this place wouldn’t be the same without the drunken Sen posts.

Yeah, me too. I wouldn’t say that’s normal at all and should be checked.

I’m not dead.

Anyone notice the apparent discounts on supplements and other stuff at the T-Nation store? What gives?

This is the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me here.

I’m tremendously moved.

But I am glad you’re still around. Kind of like a good area rug that hides the dirt well.

I see your wife is not the only one into dramatics, sheesh!
Glad to see you are still alive

Yes, I have noticed blood in my urine after heavy squats on a rare occasion. It may happen during an extremely stressful physical regimen. I am not that concerned though because if it only occurs once or twice then goes away then I think it’s just the extreme pressure my body is feeling. If there was an excessive amount of blood for more than 3 or 4 days in a row then I would go to the urologist.

I check to see if I am having any extravagant pain in the groin area, lower abdomen etc. and then self diagnose. Getting a Doc’s opinion is always helpful but I am reluctant to go to a Dr just to have the medical advice be: “Take it easy for a while.”

Agreed. I went for a regular check up and the doc said blood in the urine and to come back in 4-6 weeks to be checked again…no blood at the second check. Then like a week later I had what I would guess was blood as it was a nice shade of burnt sienna…haven’t had it since as I haven’t lifted a weight in about a month…spent 3 sessions at a chiropractor trying to get my shoulder and groin some help…whack job…ai yi yi…

anyway…off from work this week to eat and drink and get fat and then will head back into the weight room on Monday…I know, I know…always tomorrow…diet is actually pretty good this past month and I’m dealing with some 2 crazy busy projects at work, so all in all I’m not sucking too much.

Happy Easter ya heathens!

Dios mi. two months.

Shoulder is feeling pretty good. Groin also pretty good.

Stay tuned for my Glorious Return (not that Glorious Return Snapper !)

Good days ahead.

We missed you.
