You Too Can Look Like This

I think it’s funny that he thinks he’s some sort of celebrity in Vegas and that people actually recognize him and comment on his “physique”.

I live here and I’ve never heard of the douchebag. Also, with all the shows and strip clubs in Vegas there are plenty of very impressive physiques among the locals, and his ain’t one of them.
The media are known to bullshit on occasion.

Jesus fucking christ.
It’s true. Too much protein combined with a great bulking diet and hard work can cause weight gain, and we all know that weight gain, no matter what form, is the enemy

This hijack is warranted. I took a couple years away from this site and now that I returned, ProfX has exploded. Mazel Mazel X.

He’s a skinny guy. If he did this thing right he would have had his abs last month. What’s he have to lose, five pounds of fat?

But he does a couple hundred crunches a day, so…

“The Shermanator’s sensors are detecting dissaproval.”

He doesn’t even look lean. If he wants a six-pack he should do weighted ab work, not “500 crunches a day.”

“This reminds me of what I was doing trying to get ripped for bodybuilding competition.”

WTF?

HAHAHAHA!!!

well done.

I want to look like him!

No more food for me!

Damn protein and it’s weight gaining side effects!!

“Eating lean proteins helps build muscles, but Dinant may be getting too much for his weight. Eating protein has great benefit for rebuilding muscle and speeding up the metabolism,” White said. “But too much can cause weight gain, increase the urinary loss of calcium, and cause dehydration.”

And we wouldnt want him to gain too much muscle for his weight…

Before T-Nation vs. After T-Nation

really? Seriously. Just shows how little the main stream media knows about fitness.

10 year reunion?

He looks like he is 12.

Do not want.

The guy is in serious need of bulking. You need muscle in order to have a six pax. In order to obtain muscle you need to eat.
Dinant’s six-pack diet
Meal 1: 8 egg whites, 2 servings of cream of rice

Meal 2: 5 ounces lean meat or fish, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup veggies

Meal 3: 5 ounces lean meat, 1 cup rice, 1 cup veggies

Meal 4: 5 ounces lean meat or fish, 6-ounce potato or sweet potato, 1 cup veggies

Meal 5: 5 ounces lean meat, 1 cup veggies, 6-ounce potato

Meal 6: 8 egg whites, 1 serving of cream of rice

Total calories: 2,054
Alright, the article says he eats low carb, but every meal has cream of rice (???), brown rice or a potato.

Barely any fats.

He is starving himself!

I would have to do 500 crunches and eat 16 eggs a day though…seems like a lot of work. There must be an easier way…

Shit! he overshot his protein intake by 5 grams. I knew this would happen!

I think I start to understand why even a skinny guy like me gets comments from the general population.

More seriously, if that guy reduces his intakes he’ll just disappear !

Eating only 8% calories from fat is certainly not healthy. How does he expect to secrete testosterone? Haha.

We should send him a link to T-Nation.

I looked EXACTLY like that when I started training… no shit… I could bench press 65 x 10 - 12 reps… and couldn’t even do a military press with the empty bar… :frowning: I went to the gym… and people actually LAUGHED when I trained… SERIOUSLY!! lol

What kind of a gym did you go to where dickweeds would actually laugh at you for being weaker?
