LOL LOL LOL
I don’t post much anymore…
but
LOL
I was 17 - 18 then… and the others there would laugh… High School… Jocks, and all that shit… the thing that REALLY pissed them off though is that I would joke/laugh along with them… and would KEEP coming back! lol… they HATED that… ![]()
Time went on… I figured my shit out (albeit slowly) but eventually I added some muscle. Which took me from weird looking concave chest boy to normal looking average skinny kid. See I REALLY didn’t have much to work with…
Man… I had to eat EVERYTHING that wasn’t nailed down, to just look ‘skinny’! It’s kinda cool now though… I’m 5’11 and around 180 (after my morning piss) and pretty lean (say 10% - 12%)… and I don’t tend to get any fatter then that…
It doesn’t take much for me to lose any extra fat I might gain… but the amount of food I have to eat to maintain my size is insane… ![]()

I looked EXACTLY like that when I started training… no shit… I could bench press 65 x 10 - 12 reps… and couldn’t even do a military press with the empty bar…
I went to the gym… and people actually LAUGHED when I trained… SERIOUSLY!! lol :D[/quote]
That’s pretty harsh man lol.
Meh… it was Aylmer Quebec… Kinda like the Renrew of Ontario… lol ![]()
The sad thing was, only a few of the comments on that news site actually mentioned that he looked like a concentration camp victim. Many people were impressed…sigh…

“Eating protein has great benefit for rebuilding muscle and speeding up the metabolism,” White said. “But too much can cause weight gain, increase the urinary loss of calcium, and cause dehydration.”
He recommended that Dinant cuts back his egg whites to six and each protein portion to four ounces."
Too much protein can cause weight gain.

He looks like he is 12.
Do not want.
The guy is in serious need of bulking. You need muscle in order to have a six pax. In order to obtain muscle you need to eat.

What is this eating you speak of?
Careful with that question. She’s in heat…

x2 … or how little the media knows period.
this is the guys website. check out his pictures. especially the T-vixens
I was very hesitent to click on a site called “naked boy news” and most of my trepidations were confirmed. First a jury finds in favor of Ward Churchill, then the Broncos trade Jay Cutler for Kyle Orton and then I see this, what a frustrating day. My mind twists in so many ways to comprehend how someone so skinny is dieting to “get abs”. He needs actual hypertrophy of his abdominal muscles, even to the slightest degree, to “get abs”. The weighted crunches aren’t doing it. Probably because his body is not building muscle anywhere, it’s in survival mode.
