You Know You're in Heaven...

When you regret drinking ur pwo shake so fast because it tasted really good lol…

anyone actually like their pwo shake?

I use a scoop of whey, cup of water, table spoon of natural peanut butter, a whole banana. two table spoons of milled flax seed and alot of ice…then I blended it in a blender and it turns into a very tasty, milk shake texture.

If you really like urs add in what you put in it

I love mine it tastes like a candy bar.

Surge is amazing (the chocolate at least).

I drink it in like 30 secs.

Makes me want to workout several times a day, lol

I use vanilla flavored Surge with 5g of creatine and probably about a TBSP of rock salt (that sodium article posted on here a while back got to me). I left it in my car once on a hot day with the windows up and found out that when warm it tastes like a Krispy Kreme doughnut (it’s been a few years since I’ve had one, but from what I can remember the taste is dead on). I make sure to do this every time I lift now.

Seriously, it’s amazing. Try it.

anyone else notice that if you don’t wash your shaker bottle out soon after drinking Surge, it stinks like whoa!

Yeah, I’ve had to toss a Nalgene bottle or two because of that…

It’s because so much bacteria collects in it and the types of bacteria in there thrive in such a moist environment, like a closed bottle that had a liquid in it

Oh yeah, I remember I left my shaker in my truck for a couple weeks. When I found it I literally began gagging when I opened it.

So back when I used to work at a lab, I left a blender bottle with maybe 1/4 of a cup of Metabolic Drive in a drawer… for 3 months. I eventually found it… Lets just say that more than half of the building evacuated and were wondering if someone had created a biological weapon.

Aye I remember back in 6th form when I used to train very heavily and regulary… but then I went through a period of about 3 weeks (exams I think) where I just couldnt bring myself to hit the gym.

Man that shaker had been 1/4 full, sitting in a gym bag full of used clothes, in a hot bedroom for three weeks solid.

I think I saw something move! xD

I honestly workout more intensely to finish up and have my Surge (chocolate) or on days I have nothing to do but lift, lift earlier so I can have my Surge already. Then I pound it down and enjoy it, but to only realize its all done too quickly. I wish it took me about 30 mins to finish a Surge.
