Fat people do not bother me anymore, it is there life let them do what they want. I tried helping a couple of guys at my work and they just keep making excuses for themselves. The best one i heard was “There isnt a supermarket by my house I have to eat fastfood.”
I just told him well Ill miss you when your gone,life is what you make it.

Sad, but true… After dropping close to 100 pounds myself, a lot of people at my church asked me to “counsel” them about weight loss… I even taught a month-long class on it! (though nowadays I would teach it completely differently, knowing what I know after being on T-Nation for awhile, etc… still learning so much myself, which is the main message I convey to everyone around me!)
In any event, it got to the point where the pattern was so consistent – the person (male or female) would come to me for help; I’d meet with them on a regular basis; really work to tailor a good plan for them; etc.; and then after one month they would just quit! – that I finally stopped helping people. From now on, I’ll just send everyone here! Then we’ll see if someone is REALLY serious about taking personal responsibility for their physical condition…
