I have puffy nipples… I have gotten to 8% and they are still there but not as bad. I went to a dr and was told that it was NOT gyno (hard to believe tbh). So I want to try topical yohimbine because I’ve heard that it works.
When people say topical do they mean a powder? or is there a cream. How do you go about applying it etc.
Thank you in advance

I’m unaware of any physiological mechanism by which Yohimbine could help this other than reduction of bodyfat. But it you really have gotten to 8% (how did you determine this?) and it is still there, I don’t see how it would help you. If there’s no glandular enlargement, the option is to just get leaner. Yohimbine can help wit this, but I don’t believe it will help spot reduce in that area. If they are wrong and it is glandular, there are surgical options and perhaps hormone management (but that should be approached very judiciously).
I determined with little machine, dont remeber name of it, but I was really lean and do believe it was accurate. I was jsut wondering because I have seen people reporting that it has.
The doc is probably right but you can post a pic for feedback.
How old are you? If you’re a teen, it will go away otherwise, surgery is most likely your option (if it is indeed gyno)
Never heard of Yohimbine for gyno. Let us know if you try it.
