just fucking look at this thread! bunch of dickheads taking themselves much to serious.
yo regulars who are those regulars? I bet this bunch outnumber each hour of sparring & training with about 20 hours of watching UFC,reading UFC rumours, overanalyzing irrelevant bullshit and them making thousand of crappy posts here.
Now they even think they are some kind of fucking elite! Bunch of pencil neck softie keyboard warriors.
See - here is where you have not detected the sarcasm
I m not big on UFC
nor am I a fan boy
and the Bulk of my posts are about training-
my own
Ive competed in places that most people cant get too
and at a higher level then most kids hitting the key boards
10+ years of wrestling - and more of international Judo-
hey it happens.
and still manage to give a good portion of time to training
and coaching judo.
the bulk of your posts are assinine advice.
and ‘adventures’
and not even those - that you make - but many that end up here on this sub forum
look at this goon - this canadian troll chopping wood.
I have no paitience for trolls or fandom- you seem to have some decent ideas about training-
particularly boxing
but this thread is for the trolldom that take over this forum
Well,I guess you are an exception and not the norm on this forum.Which proves my point.
I dont say these people dont train or compete, but the sheer softiness and geekines of most of the posters here makes me sick.
The only reason I post in this thread is because I was called out.
When youre called a fake bouncer and you make a living for several years in your country and abroad protecting the serious bussinesses…when you are MORE than a weekend-part time job-big guy bouncing with dozen of other big guys baby-sitting college kids…when you break bones in your body doing your job and get to face court charges and when you look around your shoulder constantly whn off job, then you take these posts a bit more personal.
My interest lies in making myself a better fighter and advising others how to make themselves better fighters.
Sometimes it means telling some random 22 year old that its NOT important choosing between doing doing weighted chins and Kroc rows for making himself a better fighter or whether he should do Warrior diet or 6 meals a day.Thats minutia.
Key to developing a fighter…somebody who can fight inside/outside of the ring/cage/mat lies in realistic challenging workouts. It begins with a fight and end with a fight.
