PREFACE: i went w/ my GF to workout there tonight, she likes to use the stair master there, that’s my story and i’m sticking to it.
anyway, i brought duct tape w/ me. for incline DB presses i thought i’ll tape 10lb plates to each side of their heaviest DB 75lbs, at least then i’ve got 95’s. i’m smart. i bet i could add a five or so to each side w/ enough tape to put me over the 100lb marker.
it worked like a charm but man people look at you like you just shit in their yogurt.

Congratulations, you lift as much as weight as my little sister.
I have a theory that if the second post was positive instead of negative the following posts would’ve been nicer also.
We’ve had threads about the stupidity of Planet Fitness and it didn’t really sound to me like the OP was bragging.

Hey I feel your pain brother. My gym max dumbells are 100’s. Sometimes you have to modify shi*. Have not tried duct tape (will not try it at a commerical gym, will be my last day trust me). But I travel with bands and have placed those bands around all there hammer machines and dumbells to get an extra pound out of em.

hey, i wasn’t bragging I was trying to paint a funny picture of me duct taping shit in this fuck knob of a gym, sidebar i hit 3 working sets 10-15 reps w/ them so it’s not like i was attacking the 95’s.
and boo boo boo to all the negative comments, you lift as much as my sister the first comment and otherwise.
