You just woke up one day with a sore throat and flu. :-/[/quote]
I would like to reiterate my previous statement.
This can’t be real. Come on.

Maybe he has an abysmal immune system that carks it at the slightest hint of anything?
But yeah, it’s looking pretty improbable that physical exertion (especially on that level of exertion) can cause a viral infection just like that without any other reason. I’d be looking at other factors. Were you under a lot of stress, not eating or anything similar?

So my plan is: visit my doctor. Improve my diet. Find some proven program here and try to follow it to a letter, while supervised by my coach.

If you are following a proven program to the letter, why would you need a coach? How much are you paying him? Do you just need the accountability? If that is it, I will gladly accept less of your money to “supervise” a program written by someone and do weekly check-ins to gauge progress.

Agreed.
OP claims to be doing well established programs like EDT yet his workouts consist mainly of throwing an empty oly bar around.
Piss poor trolling imho

To check and correct my technique (squat, deadlift, snatch, …). As I have mentioned, I was recovering several months from injury from squats.
To find that something, what’s wrong. I have followed several programs alone, with small or no results.

I have problems with allergies, so my immunity system is not very strong.

Holy shit…
For one, I think at your strength levels you should be able to get stronger by doing nearly anything. That said, I think your trainer needs to be fired. There is no reason you should be doing so many exercises and sets and spending two hours in the gym. Also, from the sounds of it you are not lifting intensely enough. More weight, more volume, fewer exercises.
Two, your diet is crap, but again, at your current strength levels you should be able to get stronger on a diet of whiskey and bubble gum.
Three, running is without a doubt hurting your strength and mass gains. This will continue to be the case until you cease running completely. If you insist on running, run a few short hill sprints no more than once or twice a week, and run them like you’re being chased by a dog or the cops, whichever your preference.
Four, the common theme of you getting sick a lot, especially after following any serious training program, sets off alarm bells. You may have an immune issue. I wouldn’t just get blood work for hormones as others have suggested, I would get a full physical as well as white blood cell count. Stress from weight training causes two distinct immune responses in which neutrophils clean up debris from tissue damage and lymphocytes help repair damaged tissue. If your immune system is lacking, so will your recovery from weight training.
My recommendations would be fourfold given the above observations.
Keep us posted on how it’s going.

^ Spot on, please take this advice!
Thanks for your advice everyone. I will let you know about my progress …
I don’t think you really want to make gains. You make the wrong choices at each turn. At some point I would think you might accidentally do something right but you don’t. There must be a reason for this. Even a broken clock is right twice a day, right?
Overhead Squat? Snatch? Bicep Curls? Screw all that. Pull heavy, Press heavy, Squat and or Deadlift heavy. You don’t need some GD program off a website either. Every time you go in lift heavier. You don’t need ten reps. One week pyramid up to a targeted 8 rep max. Next week do the same thing up to a 6 rep max. Next week 4 rep max effort (maybe two sets max effort sets for this week). Next week start over. Don’t kill yourself with volume.
The most important thing is you have to want it. We don’t go to the gym because it’s affirming to be able to tell people we go to the gym 4 days a week. We go to the gym to get results.
Fire that “coach” for god sake. If you are telling the truth in this thread you should post his name and the gym he trains out of because he needs to be outed. My wife, at 5’8, 145 pounds and has squared 225 for reps. She cared a little bit at the time but really, not that much. If you cared I’m sure you could be at least as strong as my wife. You’r talking about squatting 90 pounds and shit like that and not getting results? Fire that coach and start pushing yourself.
6.5/10 on the troll work.
Should have left out the program giving you “disease”. lol
Carry on
If training in the gym is ending in “disease”, try using a cheap hooker for all conditioning sessions. Still ends with disease but you may enjoy it more.
Hi!
I’m back with some information about my progress. First of all let me explain that “disease” thing.
As you probably guessed, English is not my native language. By disease I didn’t meant that I’ve got some microbes and viruses from gym equipment, but that by exercising I decreased my imunity level and got flu more easily.
In the meantime I got tested by allergist with the result, that I’ve got intolerance to dairy protein. And since I drank whey protein after or during each workout, it’s obvious where the problem was.
I switched to egg protein and everything is ok now.
Then I got tested my hormone levels. I’ve got T-level: ~15.5, what seems to be ok. Normal levels are 9-29.
I also fired my coach and did Stronglifts 5x5 routine.
In fact, I did Stronglifts even with coach but only for 6 weeks, to be able to compare results with his 4x8 full body routine. I increased my squat by 1Okg and bench by 5kg. Which maked not too much difference to his routine so I decided to give Stronglifts more time and did it for 12 weeks this year. But wasn’t able to improve my lifts anymore.
My current stats are:
Weight: 75,8kg
Fat: 12%
Bench max: 70kg
Bodyweight chinups: 11 rep.
Squat: 100kg
Deadlift: 110kg
For detailed logs from my Stronglifts 5x5 workouts, see “Training Logs” section:
“Stronglifts 5x5 2nd cycle”.
Then the answer’s simple. As was stated several pages back, you’re eating and training like a pussy.
I didn’t make much gains til I added carbs… lots of carbs…
