I presume this has something to do with how my nervous system wakes up…
When I’m in the gym, I’ve found the more I yawn, the more “awake” I feel & Spike working.
Can anyone shed some light on the “why” and how to speed up the process. I’ve tried taking Spike =< 3 hours but it’s no noticeable difference. All comes down to this yawning business.
Does look a bit strange in the gym with heavy squats & me yawning away!
