Thanks man…as of right now Im not sure if it will be one of the popular programs out there. more of a plan tailored to my goals and areas of weakness.

First day of training at Absolute Fitness in NJ…

Ton of mobility drills, tons of stretching and some squatting.

Lifts of note:

FRONT SQUAT - 65/20 135/15 185/5 225/3 245/1 (PR+20)

Benchin at the commercial gym tomorrow.

nice front squats homey-

glad to see you set a dat for a meet-
rooting along

december- hmmm.
I have too many travel dates between now and then- but I am thinking about it

Good luck with the meet prep Matty, can’t wait to see how you prepare. Do you have a weight goal? Body weight and lifts?

Hey thanks Kev…why dont you come down to the meet in Edison, meet the wife and kids, Dec 10, yo.

Dday - I guess everything being equal, a total of 11 and change would make me satisfied…I really believe since now im getting the proper schooling I will be able to hit over 1100, I hope.

I predict
Bench = 355
Squat = 365
Dead = 480
Total = 1200

Go get some Matty. I like Git’s assessment, bet you’ll be close.

Nice front squats! This is all pretty cool…decide to jump into a meet, immediately jump into training program with trainers/training buds and locations and off you go. Tear it up!

I played Yatzee last night during the blackout while wearing my headlamp and thought of you lol

I’m rooting for ya
