Deloads. Every 8 weeks. Minimum. Not optional.
Hell work always fucks things up for me seems I get a deload for one reason or the other every 6 weeks or so.

Git, Greg and MiM - I rocked my new toys today…full o awesome.
DJ - Kayak rows with the bands? hmmmmm…
Strick - CS stands for chest supported, I finally got 225 up a few weeks ago…you and bulldog are my MP Idols!
Kent - sounds like a plan…but I never follow through.
Joe - Now that sounds like a deload I can do every week.

Dude I want nothing to do with that crazy stuff!
Todays Shit Storm
DL FROM FLOOR - 315/3 365/3 405/3 415/1 425/1
DL WITH MONSTER MINIS - 365/3 315/5
FRONT SQUAT - BAR/10 135/10,7,5
BACK SQUAT W LIGHT BANDS 185/5 135/10,7
ISO LOW ROW 3PPS/10 4PPS/5 3PPS/10
TRI PULLDOWN - STACK/12,12,15 +25/12,12,12
BAND RESISTANCE LEG RAISE - 4X12 (DOUBLE WRAPPED FOR HER PLEASURE)
NOTES: I kept volume down today as DLs knock the shit outta me, felt a little better with my DL, really trying to get my lower half into the lift more. Using the X hold with my FS, it feels better for me, otherwise it kills my wrists. I will for a while DL and Squat on the same day alternating which one I go heavier on, today was DL where I went heavier.
On another note, Im very close to a evacuation zone with the impending Hurricane, Ill catch up with you guys later tonight, but this weekend Im assuming Ill be w/o power and shit like that.
hopefully you guys dont get evacuated and that everythings ok.
Whats you max DL? DLs, DLs with bands, Front squats and back squats all in a row? Brutal
I have a feeling you’ll be fine. While all hurricanes are dangerous it really is just a Cat 2 one so its a bit of a baby. We get them all the time.
Are you all gear whored out now?
nice pulling - and squating- nice work.
I am at US open tomorrow, but my sunday gig got canceled for rain.
Joe - when you guys have a hurricane, all you have to do is put that trailer back on blocks

My max is a paltry 455, I really want to get 5 wheels before the end of the year and hopefully for the meet I think Im gonna do. I need a lot of help with my form, and since I have a pea size brain if I try to remember to many cues I basically end up shitting on the exercise totally

LOL, yeah terrorist attack up here is like tornadoes and mother nature shit down by you…so everyone is fucking a little nervous…
Kev…the US open is gonna be on tomorrow?
Matty I think they start on Monday.
My day is a small set up mostly inside so I hope
Who knows if it will pass or do a ton of damage
Ohhhh…I had to set up stages there a few years ago…I hate tennis but it was pretty cool venue

Do you know how much blocks cost?
Do you think we’re made of money?
Its best to be prepared for the worst and hope for the best.
So far this week we’ve had an earthquake, a tornado and a hurricane…woot! Stay safe.
