Thats nice lifting Matty. One day I’ll head up to NYC and we’ll have a few cold ones. My wife is pretty much insisting I see NYC at some point soon.[/quote]

This.
I mean what trouble could we get into at a football game?
Yeah I watch’em when its slow at work, the kayaks are cool, I just dont seem to be activating my lats the way I should be. Im messing with the weight, it seems if you keep the weight on the lighter side it works better.
CS DB REAR RAISE - 30/20 40/15,15
SS
DB LATERAL RAISE - 30/12 50/10,10
BB SHRUG 315/15 405/9 315/15
DB ROW 80/10 115/10 125/5,5
HAMMER CURLZ 40/15 50/12,10
STR8 BAR CURL 90/12,12,12
NOTES: Feelin burnt out, may need a bit of deload next week, no matter what im not doing millies next week as Im gonna give my shoulders a break from them, the 205 even felt heavy, getting a BW MP of 240 is the goal, If I tried I dont think I could get my previous PR of 225 today. Other than that the chins felt better, I really think the pain had more to do with the way I have been sleeping over anything else.
James I see that as well, I believe they are called Haney Shrugs, I have tried them before but it never felt right.
Dday Kayak Rows are all the rage now man get with it! It was featured on the indigo logs with prof x, they are pretty cool, its done with cables and the ez curl attachment.
Oh and I just received my boat load of goodies from FTS, new bands, wrist wraps, knee sleeves and a free bag to boot! YAHTZEEEEEEE!
