They did not show the Dallas game live in Houston, pissed me off, but I did get to watch the replay last night on NFL network.

Do you have to work Sundays this fall?

If it weren’t for all the religious crap I would really love to live like the Amish.

No technology, working the land the old fashioned way with your friends and family, out in the fresh air all day. What’s not to like?

They are allowed to lift aren’t they?

Yeah…But I wont have to be in until 11pm…which will let me see most of the games…also its sloooooow on Sundays so I can catch up on the internet…last night I was on tnation for like 4 hours…nobody posts on sunday

Matty. I have some advise for you on your deads if I may.

Really arch your lower back and try raising up your tail bone in the bottom position.

Lift your toes off the platform to help put the weight on your heels cuz your really coming forward on your feet.

Think of doing a leg press instead of lifting the bar off of the ground, you should be pulling the bar into your stomach. Kinda think like a teeter-totter.

You looking real thick hoss!

Hey thanks Fischer, I need all the help I can get. I absolutely feel like Im on my toes. I will definitely remember those cues, I am DLing tomorrow…Also Im glad to see your back!

x 2 on Fischer’s comments, also add: get the bend out of your elbow, arms should be slack, not bent, don’t want to see a bicep tear. At one point you are damn near rowing the bar. Also, hard to tell w/camera angle but seems you are hitching just a tad. Otherwise good work, and damn you are looking big.

Thanks Pete, yeah I see what you mean, it seems as if not pulling from the floor screwed up my form and made me revert back to bad habits of curling the pull. I may lower the height of the platform to just the platform and no added height to get my form back on track while still reaping some benefits of the deficit.

Hey Matty, nice job on the pressing! Looks like i am buying the beers.

Thanks bro! no worries well go dutch!

Good stuff Matty. Getting those last few inches of squat depth are a MF’r. You wouldn’t think that 1" would be a bit deal but it damn sure is.

Getting caught up. Solid work as always. It’s actually OK to miss a squat once in a while as it helps us to overcome the fear of failing.

Dday - It sure is brother

James - Thanks man, I agree I havent dumped the bar in a while and when I did it wasnt a big deal.

NOTES: Ok session, but im getting a lot of discomfort on my right tricep and right side of my lats espescially when doing any kind of chin, which is why I didnt superset any chins today, I do them almost every session, I may back off of em for a week, but probably not.

Those are some serious reps across the board…foam roll the lat and try rolling the Tri on a lacrosse ball or baseball but go easy…

dday likes your post.

Nice pressing. I’m liking the whole workout setup overall.
