LOL, it takes some getting used to pullin the weight from a defecit, though when I reviewed the tape myself…my first though was o u c h.

I have never done a deficit DL but I’m working through some programming and will likely add them in some form.

LOL, guys I have never did them fronm that defecit before, usually it was on a plate, It kinda fucked me up but now im getting sympathy pains watching myself do em!

As far as my bicep, I have had an issue in the past of trying to “curl” the DL weight but have really nipped it in the butt, but with the defecit DL it kind of reared its ugly head again.

MiM - I do a shit ton of pullaparts and dislocates but thats about it…you think I should do more?

NOTES: Dont ask me why I attempted 365 on the back squat, it wasnt like I felt great today, I just said fuck it, then proceeded to dump it over my head, couldnt get out of the hole, I really think I had depth this time, hence why I couldnt get up lol. The 3 plates felt very good, I felt I got depth this time, I am really trying hard to get that extra couple inches I need. I think I hate renegade rows more than squatting, I used to do them all the time, gotta start concentrating on my core more…seriously.
