YAHTZEE!

Joe - thanks man, Im working on it, I was freeze framing the shots I thought they were a bit high as well.

James - Yeah I felt better on the 325 as well, I have the vault but I havent unzipped the file yet its been giving me issues for some reason

Thanks Dday!

yep, i think they were a bit high except the first and last rep on the last vid. i’ve heard of people using bands for squats, but that is the first time i’ve actually seen that. looks like a great idea! i have developed the probably bad habit of transitioning my weight to my toes and doing a little jump once i get to quarter squat territory from powering out the hole on the way up. fun fun but the bands would make that top portion MUCH harder, i’m guessing.

still doin some work in here

and what was that guy in the black T-shirt doing on that pulley machine? All I can conclude is that he must be a champion arm wrestler or something.
hahahahahahahahahaha I had to go back and look. Yea OVER THE TOP

Squats looked very tight-
good technique

as for depth- a tiny bit high.

deads are indeed strange- like pete said so many things can make them more challenging

Alex - Yeah I thought they were a bit high too, it is an issue for me, however compared to a few months ago I see a definite improvement. Bands are awesome, espescially for squats a nice added dimension for explosive movements, lockouts whatever, you should definitely get in on them!

Mim - Hey you!

DJ - Loved that movie as a kid

Kev - Yeah one day I will get my ass so low I clean my ass with the ground!

Thought I would just pass along that I get to see your homeboys Madball tomorrow night… pretty stoked.

 1. For gym squats they looked great. Form was good and you looked like you were tight through out all of them.

 2. By meet standards, in my experience, they were about 2-3 inches high. Others will know better than my limited experience.

Good work regardless.
x2 (w/o the meet experience)

I’d be happy to have your form and back tightness from the 325.

The forearm fuckery was priceless. What a waste of time.

Oh snap Pete, do you mind if I live vicariously through you tonight? Please give me an update on how the show went!

PG - Thanks bro, this depth thing has always given me issues, but its nice to get valued opinions. As far as the forearm fuckery guy, man this guy does this shit all the time, if he was a dick I would love to just make fun of him, but hes such a nice quiet man, but man with all the forearm shit he does on a daily basis he should look like popeye by now!

NOTES: Great session tonite, everything worked well, the peaks and valleys of lifting I guess…Im now on day three of my overnight shift, so far so good!

whistle whistle

its the valleys that make the peaks so sweet
goo volume.

nice session broham, how is the night shift going.
Im doing 12’s but its easy just long

That looks like a ton of stuff…damn fine millies!!

Nice session! It’s so nice when everything just comes together the way its supposed to.

Whoah!

And since everyone already ragged on you about being a touch high on squat depth, I won’t bother… actually yes I will.

Kev - Thanks dude, the overnight shift has been smooth sailing, so far so good.

OG - Thanks, man I finally realized when to do a high volume day, like Deads tomorrow not too much volume lol.

DJS - Hey thanks man, thanks for stopping by.

Kent - LOL, kick me when Im down!

I think what he was saying was I don’t think you got far enough down for him to kick you…

See the mpresses are coming along…

Looks like the sky has become the limit for you MP’s, hell yea.
Glad you’re liking the night shift, some folks love it. Use to work with a guy who’d been on nights for 11 years and threatened to quit when they wanted him to go to days.

Ddot - ah see what you did there, nice one lol.

Bulldog - Yeah I am heeding your advice and I will only be doing a percentage of my 1 rep max as my work sets for strength and the back off sets for the getting swolezzz.

Dday - Yeah man, I have to admit I like it, most of the guys on the shift have been doing it for as long 17 years.

pullin tomorrow…ehh

You’re killing the presses lately! Great work.
