Hey guys, so today I did a morning session and realized I forgot my bag and belt and other goodies in my other car…so I did some chest stuff today and will DL possibly tomorrow or friday. I can already tell that I like 4pm training routine better than the AM.

FLAT BENCH - 135/20,15 225/10 245/10,10 275/3 315/1 225/10
INCLINE BENCH - 135/15 225/10,10,7
WEIGHTED PUSHUPS 0/20 45/12,12,12

TRI PULLDOWNS - STACK/15 +25/12,12 STACK/15

DB HAMMER CURLZ - 35/15 45/10 60/10 70/5

NOTES - A quickie today, didnt have the time to put in a full session and was kinda out of sorts as I had planned to DL and my pea sized brain stopped me. I think it my be a blessing though, wasnt feeling too refreshed.

I actually flat benched today, the first time since I swore it off last which was about 2 months ago, not too much pain, got 315 with a bit of a struggle but clean enough, pleasantly surprised considering my lack of flat benching over the past year. maybe, maybe I can eaze back in slowly.

Nice bench work Matty, I likey the 225/10 incline! Sometimes the best workout results come from an improvised session: at least for me anyways.

Good to hear the shoulder didn’t bother you too much.

Oh hell no! honestly Im not as confident as I was in my Jets as I was last year…the pats re-tooled and they got guys who have something to prove I dont think they’ll lose more than 2 games this year…my Jets have taken a step back in some positions, and didnt improve their most glaring weakness…a pass rush, so if everything goes right 10-6…but it could also very well be 9-7 or 8-8

I’m a TiCat fan. I’m actually headed to the Aug 13 game. Last year during an Argo-TiCat game my buddy and I sat in the “visitors” section and heckled the Argo fans sooo bad that I lost my voice for 3 days. Or maybe that was the Rye (whiskey). Who knows. :slight_smile:
