So far so good, thanks guys, I have been working 8-4pm for training for a couple of weeks, so not nights ye et, but I dont have access to the net much at this gig…so Ill catch up at night. There is talk that I might work the second shift now which is 2-10, Im no t sure how I feel about those times. But the job so far has been really good.

now it looks like Im back on the overnight, which Im really ok with, but man the shift im doing now 8am - 4pm is puuuurfect. Only one more week of it though.

^ LOL James Im on this new kick since that John Broz article to do some sort of squat movement every day I train, since tomorrow is my heavy squat day I just did something to say I did it lol, Im trying to do a full month of squatting every day…
Since my squat sucks I figure I do a variation every day (front, db, goblet) to improve my back squat…only time will tell.

Not too bad, a little bit of DOMS when I got back from vacay and front squatted, but nothing really painful…today is gonna be a heavier volume day for legs so well see how it goes…

NOTES: I got through it but felt like shyte. lost one of my knee sleeves which fucked with my head…have to order new knee sleeves and monster minis. First time box squatting, I found a step stool at the gym which I used, it was high, an inch at least above parallel but I still think it was effective, really felt in my quads. The first rep of box squatting which for some reason I started at 3 plates (too lazy to take’em off) and I almost dumped it over my head lol…but I started to get the hang of em, will use em as part of my reptoire for sure. Everything else sucked donkey dick.
